Q. How long does it take to receive a response after I've submitted a Request Form or an email? A. Normally it should not take more than 24 hours for a reponse. Although weekends are not considered in the 24 hours.
Q. How long will it take for my order to be shipped? A. All paid items will be shipped no more than 24 hours from receipt of payment.
Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive A. Depending on the method you have chosen for shipment. All shipments will have a tracking method.
Q. How can I have a customized Invitation, Scrap Page or Game Booklet Created? A. Invitations and Game Booklets require a $10.00 deposit. Be sure to fill out the Request Form for all of the items you wish to have Created. If you are having problems with the forms, please feel free to email nohemi@nomeecreations.com.
Q. When my product is finalized how will I be able to view it? A. A link will be sent to you for viewing on my website. There will be a username and password emailed to you when the image(s) are uploaded. If you prefer to receive an email with an attachment of your item, please specify this in your payment to me. A Printed version of your item can be mailed to you for an additional $2.00.

Q. Do the invitations include Envelopes? A. Yes. All Invitations include envelopes. You will be able to select from a variety of colors once your invitation is created.
Q. Do I have to pay extra fees for envelopes? A. No. Standard Envelopes are included with Invitation Pricing. Unless you wish to order Metallic styled Invites, those will require an additional $5.00 fee for EVERY 25 Invitations ordered.
